Warranty and replacement policy
In order to ensure the trust and satisfaction of our customers and to provide a distinctive experience in online shopping through Al-Hazmi store, we would like to note that no product is shipped from us to any customer except after ensuring its high quality, examining it, and packaging it well before shipping it, and it is even tested if its nature allows that. This is to ensure, under strict supervision, that the product is free of manufacturing defects.
In the event of any manufacturing defect, Al-Hazmi online store customers have the right to replace the product that contains a manufacturing defect if it conforms to the conditions, within a full week from the date of receiving the order.
Any products that are damaged or damaged after receipt cannot be replaced.
Terms of exchange and return:
- There is a manufacturing defect or a damaged product.
- Attach the original invoice.
- The product must be packaged in its original condition, unopened and unused.
- Availability of all attachments and accessories for the original product.
What happens after ensuring that it complies with the conditions?
After verifying the previous conditions, you have the right to choose between two options:
- Direct communication with the product agent via the number shown on the product box or on the warranty card inside the box, in order to replace the damaged product with a new product without fees through the agent.
- If you wish to exchange the product through Al-Hazmi Store, there will be no exchange fees, but there will be a shipping fee for the new product to replace it with the damaged product of the same category and the same value, or to replace it with a different product, and the customer will bear the replacement costs (shipping or delivery), with the obligation to pay the price difference between Producers.
What should I do if the product I received is damaged or defective?
